1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ParseGrid extraction API and associated services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Service
ParseGrid provides an intelligent document extraction engine accessible through HTTP API endpoints. The Services include OCR, layout analysis, table reconstruction, and structured data delivery in JSON format.
3. Account Registration
To use the Services, you must register for an account and obtain an API key. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to process documents that contain illegally obtained personal data, to attempt to reverse-engineer the extraction models, or to exceed the rate limits associated with your plan.
5. Data Handling
Documents submitted to the Services are retained according to the retention policy of your subscription tier. ParseGrid does not use submitted documents to train models unless you explicitly opt in.
6. Pricing and Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance based on the plan selected. Overage charges apply when monthly page allotments are exceeded, at the rates published on the pricing page.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease and any documents retained on our infrastructure will be purged according to the data handling policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
ParseGrid is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParseGrid disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted to this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
